This quote is saying that if you're a good person then you are great. Ye even if you are great it doesn't mean you're good. Example with sports it will feel great to win but later on it will feel like nothing at all. If you are using drugs to get that great feeling. As for people who do feel great without cheating then they are truly good people. There can be good people all of the world if we all didn't make the same mistake over and over again. Only that how people are making the same mistake this is why we don't get better but people learn from it. Yet only some do, but those some are great people
