Duties and Responsibility: There works involves evaluating incoming calls to determine the appropriate assistance required determined by the information stated to establish the type of help they need.

Salary:  $36,300-$56,580

Education: a high school diploma, programs and courses may be offered through community and technical colleges. Certification in some states.

Summary: I Don’t think this job would suit me because, I’m not very good at talking and not the best type yet.
